The Talent Acquisition Partner role in Atlanta, GA operates in a hybrid capacity, requiring in-office work three days per week. The position centers on designing and executing recruiting strategies to attract and hire store-level talent, collaborating with operations leaders, restaurant management, and corporate stakeholders to support growth, culture, and the overall employee experience.
Definition
The Talent Acquisition Partner supports store-level staffing by crafting and delivering recruiting strategies that attract, engage, and hire top talent. This role works closely with operations leadership, restaurant management, and corporate partners to meet staffing needs efficiently while advancing company growth, culture, and employee experience.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with regional, district, and general managers to identify hiring priorities and staffing needs.
- Design and execute targeted recruiting campaigns to fill vacancies efficiently.
- Lead a team of recruiters to manage requisitions effectively and efficiently.
- Conduct market intelligence to uncover trends, competitive hiring practices, and workforce availability.
- Coach hiring managers on staffing processes, interviewing techniques, candidate selection, and legal hiring practices.
- Monitor and report recruiting metrics, including overall staffing levels, source effectiveness, cost per hire, and turnover.
- Head recruiting efforts for new restaurant openings, job fairs, and large-scale hiring initiatives.
- Oversee and advocate for the employee referral program.
- Enhance employer branding through social media, community partnerships, and local store advertising.
- Perform other duties as required to ensure adequate staffing at company-owned locations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience; SHRM or PHR certification is a plus.
- Three to four years of leadership experience.

Pay Range
US dollars 70,000 to 85,000 per year.
