About the opportunity

Ericsson is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner for Early Careers (Intern & Co‑op) to lead end‑to‑end recruitment for intern and co‑op roles across Canada and the United States. This full‑time, experienced‑level role is based in Plano, Texas, and centers on delivering strong early talent outcomes through close collaboration with hiring managers, universities, and internal stakeholders while maintaining cross‑border posting and sponsorship compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full‑cycle recruitment for intern and co‑op roles across Canada and the US
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define hiring needs, timelines, selection criteria, and structured interview plans
  • Lead intake meetings and shape recruitment strategy for early careers hiring
  • Source and attract early talent through university partnerships, campus programs (with a focus on Canadian and US institutions), job boards, talent platforms, and internal pipelines
  • Screen and assess candidates to build strong, diverse shortlists
  • Coordinate high‑volume interview processes and deliver a positive candidate experience
  • Ensure compliance with Canada and US posting requirements, including pay transparency and sponsorship language
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition Operations and HR on offers, onboarding, and hiring documentation
  • Track and report on key recruiting metrics such as time‑to‑fill, conversion rates, and pipeline health
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of early careers hiring programs and processes

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of recruiting experience, in‑house or at an agency
  • Experience hiring for intern, co‑op, or early careers roles
  • Ability to manage multiple high‑volume requisitions simultaneously
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Experience working across Canadian and/or US markets
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Experience with diversity hiring or early talent pipeline development
