Strategic Home Care Agency Recruiter

BrightStar Care of Central DuPage is hiring an in-office Strategic Home Care Agency Recruiter in Bloomingdale, IL to strengthen its talent pipeline for home care and healthcare operations. This role supports full-cycle recruiting, with a strong emphasis on sourcing beyond job boards, improving candidate engagement through technology, and using recruiting trends and AI-powered tools to optimize outcomes.

Role Focus

• Own the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing through onboarding and orientation.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies that go beyond job boards.
• Build talent pipelines and engage passive candidates.
• Partner with hiring leaders to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities.
• Create an exceptional candidate experience from first conversation through hire.

Recruiting Strategy and Technology

• Stay connected to recruiting trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies.
• Act as a champion for AI-powered recruiting tools and automation initiatives.
• Help optimize candidate engagement, scheduling, communication, and recruiting workflows through technology.
• Analyze recruiting data and adjust strategies to improve hiring outcomes.

Community and Networking

• Build relationships within the community through networking events, partnerships, and recruiting outreach.

Requirements

• Recruiting and talent acquisition experience.
• Experience sourcing and engaging candidates through multiple channels.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Healthcare recruiting experience is a PLUS.
• Experience with ATS platforms and recruiting technology preferred.
• Interest or experience in AI, automation, or recruiting innovation strongly preferred.
