Job Description
The Senior Recruiter for Product Management will oversee end-to-end recruiting for The Home Depot's Enterprise, shaping talent acquisition strategies and partnering with HR leaders to attract and hire top talent across functional areas.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a function-specific talent acquisition plan using strategic planning inputs to build a robust external candidate bench aligned with Home Depot's TA strategy. Gather industry knowledge and market data to inform staffing plan adjustments.
- Lead full lifecycle recruiting with a strong emphasis on diversity, including sourcing strategy development; help define screening criteria, conduct screening and interviews, and negotiate salaries.
- Maintain proactive communication with all relevant business partners to enable talent acquisition activities and address gaps to ensure staffing effectiveness and efficiency.
- Implement recruitment plans to meet staffing metrics such as candidate quality, throughput, and time to offer; provide status reports on open requisitions and candidate flow.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to achieve talent acquisition goals and collaborate with groups to identify and resolve issues.
- Develop individualized sourcing strategies for functional areas and execute them, including cold outreach, network building, and engaging passive candidates.
- Ensure consistency, efficiency, and compliance with federal, state, and local laws and company policies; adhere to established sourcing, recruiting, and selection procedures and maintain proper recordkeeping.

Direct Manager / Direct Reports
Typically reports to Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition. No direct supervision of staff, but will assist in coordinating activities of Recruiters and Staffing Coordinators.
Travel Requirements
Typically requires overnight travel 5 percent to 20 percent of the time.
Physical Requirements
Most work is performed while seated; there is frequent opportunity to move. Rarely, there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
Working Conditions
Located in a comfortable indoor environment. Unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be eighteen years of age or older.
- Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
Preferred Qualifications
- Five or more years of corporate Talent Acquisition experience, ideally in Product Management.
- Recruiting expertise with strong sourcing strategies and knowledge of internet search tools.
- Experience creating and executing a wide range of recruiting initiatives.
- Education typically gained through a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
- Bilingual ability in Spanish is a plus.
- Corporate recruitment experience for a retailer in areas such as IT, HR, Legal, or Merchandising is preferred.
