Job Description
Sourcing Recruiter in Amazon's Legal and Public Policy Recruiting team, onsite in Arlington, VA, responsible for shaping sourcing strategies, engaging passive candidates, and guiding the candidate journey end to end in a fast moving environment.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute proactive sourcing programs to attract top candidates for legal and public policy roles.
- Provide strategic counsel to business leaders on Legal and Public Policy recruiting by delivering measurable results.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to align recruiting strategies with priorities.
- Conduct market research and leverage data to generate talent insights and inform hiring plans.
- Propose recruitment ideas and strategies to support the company's long term growth.
- Establish and refine recruiting processes to advance Amazon's mission of delivering high quality results to customers.
- Identify and improve points of the candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
- Lead or contribute to projects focused on advancing candidate generation practices.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of progressive recruiting or research experience in corporate or search firm environments.
- Bachelor's degree required, or 2+ years of full-time Amazon experience.
- Experience with contact management systems or applicant tracking systems for sourcing, tracking, and managing candidates.
