Job Description

Fuse Staffing is hiring a bilingual Skilled Trades Recruiter for an onsite role in Texas, focused on building dependable talent pipelines and delivering strong hiring outcomes. You’ll work in a performance-driven environment with a competitive base salary, uncapped commission, and performance-based incentives, supported by benefits that help you stay ready for what’s next.

Compensation & work details: Full-time, in person in Texas (Houston, Dallas, Austin, or San Antonio). The estimated total annual earnings range is $90,000–$170,000. Pay is listed as $60–90 per year with additional compensation through uncapped commission and incentives. Health, dental, and vision coverage, plus paid time off, are included.

What you’ll do

  • Recruit, screen, interview, and qualify candidates for skilled trades, construction, commercial electrical, manufacturing, and industrial roles
  • Build strong pipelines of electricians and other in-demand skilled trades professionals
  • Manage high-volume recruiting activity while maintaining candidate quality
  • Conduct phone interviews and assessments to evaluate skills, experience, availability, and job fit
  • Create lasting candidate relationships and keep communication consistent throughout the hiring process
  • Coordinate interviews, orientations, onboarding, and job placements
  • Partner with Account Managers and clients to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity in the ATS
  • Source talent using job boards, social media, referrals, texting campaigns, community outreach, and other creative strategies
  • Meet recruiting, placement, and performance goals consistently

What you bring

  • Bilingual English/Spanish required (Spanish required)
  • 5+ years of recruiting experience required
  • Experience recruiting in skilled trades, commercial construction, electrical, industrial, manufacturing, or light industrial markets strongly preferred
  • Experience working in a high-volume staffing environment
  • Strong phone presence and ability to build rapport quickly
  • Self-motivated, persistent, and results-driven approach
  • Strong communication, organization, and follow-through
  • Ability to prioritize multiple recruiting needs in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience using an ATS or staffing software
