Senior Talent Acquisition Recruiter

Deluxe is seeking a consultative Senior Talent Acquisition Recruiter to partner with business leaders and shape talent decisions, while building diverse candidate pipelines in competitive markets. This onsite role is based in Atlanta, GA.

Key Responsibilities

• Build strong working relationships with senior leadership across the organization to support and influence results for the talent function.
• Partner with HR and business leaders to evaluate workforce trends and business needs, and develop a talent acquisition pipeline aligned to organizational skillsets.
• Lead end-to-end recruiting by sourcing, screening, selecting, and securing top candidates through the full recruiting lifecycle while maintaining an excellent candidate experience.
• Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to design strategic recruitment and hiring solutions.
• Create and execute strategic marketing campaigns to attract leadership talent.

Required Qualifications

• Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree with 7 years of relevant experience, or HS/GED with 11 years of relevant experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Preferred Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business.
• Experience: 8 years of talent acquisition experience, including 3 years in technology or sales recruiting.
