Senior Recruiter

The Senior Recruiter will lead full lifecycle recruitment to fill high-volume construction roles in the Albuquerque, NM area. This hybrid position offers flexible work arrangements with up to 10% travel and a salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and design proactive recruitment plans.
• Lead sourcing, screening, and assessment of candidates for qualifications and fit.
• Focus on recruiting within electrical, mechanical, structural, soft crafts, and coatings construction fields.
• Continuously discover new methods to attract talent and maintain a robust candidate pipeline.
• Adopt a proactive sourcing approach, actively pursuing top talent instead of waiting for roles to open.
• Help strengthen Loenbro's employer brand to position the company as an employer of choice.
• Represent the company at job fairs, networking events, and industry functions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full lifecycle recruitment experience, preferably within the Construction industry.
• Proven success in proactively recruiting high-volume craft and technical talent; preference for candidates with an established Construction industry network.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with a wide range of ATS platforms, with a strong preference for Greenhouse; proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience delivering results in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.
