Job Description

Senior Recruiter with a sales focus, based in Carmel, Indiana, operates in a hybrid environment to lead end-to-end sales recruiting, shape talent strategy, and optimize processes to fuel growth.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee full cycle recruitment for revenue-driving sales roles, including In-Home Sales Consultants
  • Design and execute proactive sourcing to build high-quality candidate pipelines
  • Collaborate with hiring leaders to translate business needs into ideal candidate profiles and informed hiring decisions
  • Lead structured interview processes aligned with company competencies and standards
  • Optimize job postings across Indeed, LinkedIn, the career site, and other channels to maximize quality and volume
  • Utilize recruiting metrics such as conversion rates, time-to-fill, and source effectiveness to drive improvement
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first contact through offer acceptance
  • Support recruitment marketing and employer branding initiatives
  • Assist with hiring across additional departments as needed, including call center, operations, and marketing
  • Ensure compliance with background checks, pre-employment steps, and company policies
  • Contribute to ongoing enhancements of recruiting processes, tools, and systems

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong preference for sales recruiting
  • Proven success hiring high-performing, commission-based or in-home sales professionals
  • Experience with ATS platforms (Workable preferred), Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, and related sourcing tools
  • Strong understanding of recruitment marketing and candidate attraction strategies
  • Data-driven approach with the ability to analyze recruiting performance and optimize outcomes
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to act with urgency, ownership, and accountability in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple roles and priorities
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field preferred but not required
