Sales & Marketing Recruiter

Goodwin Recruiting is hiring a Sales & Marketing Recruiter in Chicago, IL for an onsite contract role. This position is designed to help you build an independent recruiting business with support from training, technology, sourcing tools, and a national platform. Recruiting experience is not required, and the opportunity is structured as a 1099, 100% commission model.

In this role, you will use the resources and infrastructure provided to develop your own market presence, generate new business opportunities, and connect business leaders with high-performing talent. You will also manage your own pipeline, relationships, and results as you grow your recruiting operation under the Goodwin Recruiting brand.

Compensation & Job Details

• Location: Chicago, IL (onsite)
• Job type: Contract
• Salary: USD 100,000 to 200,000 per year
• Compensation model: 1099, 100% commission
