Recruiting Business Partner, Field Ops TA
Job Description
Amazon.com Services LLC is offering an onsite Recruiting Business Partner role in Bellevue, WA (Seattle area) with a salary range of USD 80,200 - 99,100 per year. You will help shape talent attraction for Field Ops, working closely with sourcers and hiring teams to deliver results against tight timelines and customer expectations.
This position supports a structured recruiting process across sourcing, assessment, and closing. You will bring a data and benchmark mindset, build relationships with hiring managers, and ensure hiring plans include clear deliverables, timelines, and tracking. The role is designed for recruiters who can engage passive talent with a profiling approach that focuses on fit, motivation, and candidate experience.
Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring teams to design sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches that account for return on investment and help manage customer and partner expectations.
- Understand how to recruit passive candidates and use a profile-first approach to gauge candidate fit and motivation.
- Conduct, negotiate, and close complex offers in competitive markets.
- Recommend recruitment strategies that support long-range company growth, implement new processes, and refine standard recruiting processes in alignment with Amazon’s focus on delivering high-quality customer outcomes.
- Write plans that include deliverables, timelines, and a formal tracking process.
- Interview candidates within the framework of the position specification, including screening, interviewing, and preparing a candidate slate within consistent timelines.
- Support special projects and recruiting initiatives, including review of best practices in interviewing, leveraging internal sources of talent, and identifying top performers for senior-level openings.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to maintain a pipeline of internal and external candidates.
- Drive positive candidate experience by influencing client teams to follow best practices, including effective and compliant job descriptions, messaging, and clear value propositions.
Requirements
- 1+ years of corporate or search firm progressive recruiting or research experience.
- Bachelor’s degree, or 2+ years of full-time Amazon experience.
- Experience using a contact management system and/or applicant tracking system for sourcing, tracking, and managing candidates.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing high volume as well as niche hiring.
- Experience leading or participating in technology hiring events, technology mixers, and regular attendance at technology meetups and technology user groups.
