Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and onboard qualified drivers
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective and current drivers
• Assist dispatch with driver communication and operational support
• Manage social media channels and online recruiting efforts
• Develop marketing content, job advertisements, and company promotions
• Represent Freerksen Trucking at job fairs and recruiting events
