Job Description

This on-site Recruiting and Marketing role in Dodge Center, MN supports driver recruitment and onboarding, assists dispatch operations, and leads marketing and social media initiatives for Freerksen Trucking, Inc. The position offers an annual salary in the range of $54,000 to $62,000.

Responsibilities

Identify, evaluate, and onboard qualified drivers
Build and maintain relationships with prospective and current drivers
