EQVAL Group, Inc. is hiring Recruiters and a Talent Acquisition Lead track for 100% onsite recruiting in Mayagüez, Puerto Rico.

Drive efficient and effective recruiting strategies and sourcing methods.
Understand technical and role-specific requirements provided by customers in regulated industries (Medical Devices, Pharmaceuticals, Biotechnologies).
Use recruitment platforms including LinkedIn, Indeed, and ATS to execute profiling and sourcing for active and passive candidates.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including pre-screening, interviews, candidate feedback, and offer negotiation and acceptance.
Maintain strong, clear communication with candidates to support a positive candidate experience and sustain engagement.
Conduct job fit analysis and provide insights and recommendations on candidate suitability.
Submit candidate profiles into the customer HRIS and coordinate with teams during meetings to support staffing alignment and decisions.
Keep ATS and visual management tools up to date to ensure reliable candidate data for sourcing, selection, and recruitment planning.

BA in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years proven experience as a Recruiter or similar role in the manufacturing industry (Medical Devices, Pharmaceuticals, Biotechnologies).
Experience using sourcing techniques.
Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills with negotiation tactics.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Bilingual written and spoken communication in Spanish and English.
