Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Proactively reach out to new and existing clients by phone to understand immediate and upcoming staffing needs, while establishing strong rapport.
  • Source, interview, screen, and cultivate relationships with a large candidate pool to help individuals secure meaningful career opportunities.
  • Fill open positions with a sense of urgency to support client businesses and their success.
  • Maintain high satisfaction and retention levels among associates and clients.
  • Learn and manage the automated tracking system to support efficient processes.
  • Collaborate closely with the owner, the business development manager, outside sales, and the corporate office team to meet and exceed business targets.

Requirements

  • Prior staffing experience is required.

Technologies

  • Proficiency with the Windows Office suite.

Compensation

Salary range: USD 45,000 - 65,000 per year
