Recruiter

Milis Flatwork is looking for a Recruiter to support end-to-end hiring for concrete construction candidates across multiple disciplines. This onsite role in Kaukauna, WI focuses on sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination, with ongoing collaboration with senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Own full cycle recruiting, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiating offers
• Create and apply recruitment strategies informed by market trends analysis to attract diverse talent pools
• Partner with hiring managers and C-suite executives to clarify staffing needs and provide strategic talent acquisition guidance
• Lead employer branding activities through social media management and external recruiting campaigns to strengthen organizational visibility in the talent market
• Manage recruitment process tracking and reporting using HRIS systems, including Paychex
• Maintain employment and labor law compliance while administering recruiting-related contracting and employee orientation program coordination

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in full cycle recruiting
• Bilingual capability
• Experience with candidate sourcing methods such as cold calling, social media outreach, and campus recruitment
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external partners at all organizational levels
• Familiarity with Paychex for HR management purposes
• Ability to analyze market trends and build proactive recruitment strategies aligned to staffing needs
