In Pennington, New Jersey, this onsite Recruiting Coordinator role at SYNERGY HomeCare leads caregiver recruitment and onboarding efforts. The position focuses on sourcing and hiring caregivers, managing job postings, and expanding recruiting channels while building relationships with prospective caregivers and coordinating with the existing caregiver team.

Responsibilities

  • Manage job postings on Indeed and other platforms to attract new caregivers
  • Develop new recruiting channels to identify outstanding caregivers
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective caregivers throughout the hiring process, in collaboration with the current caregiver team
  • Execute essential steps in the recruiting and hiring process, including background screenings, reference checks, and collecting required documents
  • Oversee ongoing caregiver documentation in compliance with state regulations

Requirements

  • Experience: Knowledge of recruiting, interviewing, and making hiring decisions preferred; two years of experience in the home care field is preferred
  • Education: High school diploma
  • Skills: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with strong relationship-building, communication, and organizational skills
  • Characteristics: Autonomous role requiring self-motivation and a willingness to learn
