Job Description
Interstate Batteries of Miami is expanding its on-site recruiting team with a bilingual Recruiter who can navigate both English and Spanish in a fast-paced retail environment. This role focuses on sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates, guiding the end-to-end recruiting process, and building strong candidate pipelines while collaborating with management to align with staffing priorities and track recruiting metrics. The position offers a salary of USD 50,000–55,000 per year and is based in Miami, FL.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
- Source candidates using job boards, social media, referrals, networking, community outreach, and other recruiting channels.
- Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates.
- Manage the hiring process from initial contact through onboarding.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Partner with management to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities.
- Track recruiting metrics and continuously improve recruiting effectiveness.
