Marketing Recruiting Coordinator

All-Weather Seal of West Michigan Inc is seeking a Marketing Recruiting Coordinator in Lowell, MI (onsite) to help support hiring for marketing teams across West Michigan. This role executes the front portion of the recruiting lifecycle, with emphasis on building steady candidate pipelines, scheduling efficiently, coordinating onboarding steps, and using recruiting metrics to stay aligned with hiring goals.

Responsibilities

• Manage the front half of the recruiting lifecycle for marketing roles across multiple Michigan territories
• Run a high-volume recruiting pipeline with a focus on speed, consistency, and quality
• Execute sourcing strategies to attract enthusiastic, motivated, people-oriented talent
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements
• Build and maintain active candidate pipelines across multiple markets
• Ensure timely candidate communication, interview scheduling, and follow-up through hiring
• Coordinate onboarding steps to support a smooth candidate experience
• Track recruiting activity and hiring metrics to remain aligned with hiring goals
• Represent All-Weather Seal at job fairs, networking events, and college career programs
• Maintain organization and consistency across recruiting processes

Requirements

• Proven recruiting experience, with high-volume recruiting strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of recruiting funnels, metrics, and follow-up discipline
• Experience using sourcing tools such as Indeed, ZipRecruiter, Handshake, or similar platforms
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build professional relationships
• High organization skills, with the ability to manage multiple pipelines and priorities
• Paylocity HRIS experience is a plus
• Proactive, positive mindset with genuine care for people
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, in-office, team-driven environment

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: USD 45,000 - 55,000 per year
• Base salary + monthly performance-based bonus (as part of compensation)
