Job Description
NSPR Law Services LLC seeks a Legal Recruiter to source, attract, and hire top legal talent to support the firm’s growth. The role leverages applicant tracking systems and a solid grounding in employment law within a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This is an on-site position based in Santurce, Puerto Rico.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract qualified legal professionals, including attorneys, paralegals, and legal support staff.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as iCIMS, Lever, or Workday to manage candidate pipelines efficiently.
- Conduct targeted research on potential candidates through social media tools and professional networks like LinkedIn and Salesforce.
- Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit within the organization.
- Negotiate employment terms and contracts in compliance with employment and labor law standards while aligning with organizational goals.
- Coordinate with HR sourcing teams for talent-management initiatives including campus recruitment, succession planning, and employee orientation programs.
- Maintain strong candidate relationships through cold calling, lead generation activities, and ongoing communication to ensure a positive candidate experience.
Requirements
- Licensed Attorney
- Proven experience in talent acquisition or executive recruiting within legal or human resources sectors
- Knowledge of employment and labor law, contracts, employee evaluation processes, and HRIS platforms like UltiPro or Kronos
- Strong research skills utilizing social media tools and platforms like Salesforce for sourcing candidates
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively and build rapport with diverse stakeholders
- Experience with HR sourcing techniques including cold calling, lead generation, and campus recruitment strategies
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
