HR Recruiter
Job Description
This on-site HR Recruiter role supports a fast-paced, 24/7 casino and resort operation in Spokane Valley, Washington. You will manage full-cycle recruitment through an applicant tracking system, coordinate pre-employment requirements, and collaborate with hiring managers to maintain momentum and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for multiple openings, including job postings, applicant screening, structured pre-screen interviews, interview coordination, offer preparation and processing, onboarding, and timely communication regarding non-selection
- Independently manage a substantial slate of active requisitions within a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Maintain accurate candidate records, dispositions, and documentation within the Applicant Tracking System
- Coordinate pre-employment requirements such as transfer eligibility, drug testing, I-9 verification, and gaming license referrals
- Partner with hiring managers to sustain recruitment momentum while ensuring process consistency and compliance
- Serve as the primary point of contact for applicants, responding professionally via phone, email, and in person
Requirements
- College degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a directly related field
- Minimum of two years of hands-on, high-volume recruiting experience with independent responsibility for full-cycle recruitment; an equivalent combination of education and demonstrated experience may be considered
- Experience administering an Applicant Tracking System; iCIMS experience strongly preferred
- Proven experience supporting high-volume recruiting workflows
- Experience recruiting in hospitality, casino, or other high-volume environments
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and consistent follow-through
- Ability to work on-site in Spokane Valley, WA, and support a 24/7 operation
