Job Description

This on-site HR Recruiter role supports a fast-paced, 24/7 casino and resort operation in Spokane Valley, Washington. You will manage full-cycle recruitment through an applicant tracking system, coordinate pre-employment requirements, and collaborate with hiring managers to maintain momentum and compliance.

Responsibilities

Lead full-cycle recruitment for multiple openings, including job postings, applicant screening, structured pre-screen interviews, interview coordination, offer preparation and processing, onboarding, and timely communication regarding non-selection
Independently manage a substantial slate of active requisitions within a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Maintain accurate candidate records, dispositions, and documentation within the Applicant Tracking System
Coordinate pre-employment requirements such as transfer eligibility, drug testing, I-9 verification, and gaming license referrals
Partner with hiring managers to sustain recruitment momentum while ensuring process consistency and compliance
Serve as the primary point of contact for applicants, responding professionally via phone, email, and in person

Requirements

College degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a directly related field
Minimum of two years of hands-on, high-volume recruiting experience with independent responsibility for full-cycle recruitment; an equivalent combination of education and demonstrated experience may be considered
Experience administering an Applicant Tracking System; iCIMS experience strongly preferred
Proven experience supporting high-volume recruiting workflows
Experience recruiting in hospitality, casino, or other high-volume environments
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and consistent follow-through
Ability to work on-site in Spokane Valley, WA, and support a 24/7 operation
