Job Description

Accessible Space, Inc. is seeking a full-time HR Generalist - Recruiter to support recruiting and selection activities at the administrative office in Saint Paul, Minnesota. The role emphasizes Direct Support Professional (DSP) staff recruitment and related processes.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to accelerate and optimize the recruiting and selection workflow, with a focus on Direct Support Professional DSP positions.
  • Review current requisitions to identify qualified applicants.
  • Coordinate interview availability with candidates and hiring teams.
  • Reach out to applicants to share information about open roles.
  • Conduct phone screens and administer interviews as needed.
  • Perform and document reference checks.
  • Collect feedback from new hires and recent departures to assess the employment experience at ASI.

Requirements

  • Two years of administrative support experience
  • One year of recruitment experience
  • Strong independent initiative, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Excel and database applications
  • Ability to adapt to shifting priorities

Compensation

Compensation: USD 23 - 25 per hour
