Job Description

Support people, hiring, and day-to-day HR operations in a role based in Cypress, CA. This full-time, in-person position (Mon-Fri, 8:30am-5:00pm) combines HR coordination with recruiting support, helping keep employee records current, onboarding moving smoothly, and candidate experiences professional from application through interview.

Argus Medical Management, LLC offers an hourly pay range of $23–$27/hr (non-exempt) along with medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), paid holidays, and PTO.

What You’ll Do

  • Maintain accurate employee records, including organizing personnel files in line with company standards
  • Assist with onboarding, including preparing onboarding materials, facilitating new hire orientation, and supporting the 30–60–90-day onboarding progress through training, compliance, and benefits enrollment
  • Support HR and recruiting workflows by coordinating recruiting activities, including posting job advertisements, sourcing and screening candidates, and coordinating interviews
  • Maintain applicant tracking and recruiting documentation, including preparing offer letters
  • Ensure timely, audit-ready I-9 documentation and respond to HR-related inquiries
  • Maintain employee data in ADP and support HR documentation that stays accurate and compliant
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and company events
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

What You Bring

  • 3–5 years of progressive experience in human resources or recruiting support
  • ADP experience or experience with a similar HRIS system
  • Strong organizational skills, with high attention to detail and follow-through
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional, service-oriented approach
  • Experience with high-volume data entry and accurate documentation
  • Knowledge of personnel file management, onboarding processes, I-9 verification, payroll support, healthcare-related compliance, and core HR practices
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and sound judgment
  • Proactive, self-starter mindset with ability to take initiative within established policies
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • PHR or SHRM-CP is a plus but not required
