Experienced CDL A Driver Recruiter

VV Logistics Solutions Inc is seeking an Experienced CDL-A Driver Recruiter to source, engage, and hire CDL-A drivers, with emphasis on driver engagement and processing. This onsite role is based in Melrose Park, IL, and offers compensation of USD 600 per week.

Role Summary

The position focuses on building a robust pipeline of qualified CDL-A drivers, actively engaging candidates, and guiding the hiring process while ensuring proper documentation and safety requirements are met.

Responsibilities

• Proactively source and cultivate a strong pipeline of qualified CDL-A drivers.
• Engage leads and convert them through high-volume outbound calls and timely follow-ups.
• Clearly communicate the company value proposition and hiring requirements to candidates.
• Pre-qualify applicants and confidently extend offers.
• Manage applicant flow using Tenstreet and internal systems.
• Gather and process required documentation for safety and insurance approvals.
• Coordinate with the Safety team to schedule orientations.
• Maintain consistent follow-up via phone, text, and email.
• Meet or exceed monthly hiring targets.

Requirements

• 2+ years of CDL-A driver recruiting experience.
• Hands-on experience with Tenstreet.
• Proven success in high-call-volume, fast-paced environments.
