Driver Recruiter

Coastal Carriers Truck Lines LLC. is hiring a Driver Recruiter onsite in Troy, MO to support end-to-end hiring for qualified CDL drivers.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, and hire qualified CDL drivers
• Build relationships with prospective drivers through phone, email, job boards, referrals, social media, and recruiting events
• Deliver customer service throughout the hiring process
• Coordinate interviews and hiring steps, including background checks, DOT requirements, drug screenings, orientation, and onboarding
• Collaborate with Operations, Safety, and Human Resources to meet hiring goals
• Maintain up-to-date recruiting documentation and records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Create and implement recruiting approaches to attract top driving talent

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience
• Recruiting experience preferred; transportation or CDL driver recruiting experience is a plus
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to stay organized and manage time effectively
• Capacity to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with Microsoft Office and ATS preferred

Compensation: USD 45,000 per year.
