Corporate Recruiting Partner

Hudson Automotive Group is hiring a Corporate Recruiting Partner onsite in Charleston, SC. This role combines end-to-end recruiting with the opportunity to build stronger talent acquisition strategy alongside leadership. You will help shape hiring plans, improve the candidate experience, and grow your executive search skills through direct partnership with the Director of Talent Acquisition.

With a salary range of $55,000 to $65,000 annually, this position is a strong fit for someone with 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience who wants a process-driven role and real development support.

What you’ll do

• Own full-cycle recruiting for exempt and non-exempt roles, including planning, sourcing, screening, and selecting talent.
• Partner closely with leadership and hiring managers to develop strategic talent acquisition plans.
• Work directly with the Director of Talent Acquisition to sharpen executive search skills and expand your full-lifecycle recruiting toolkit.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and clarify job specifications.
• Independently source, screen, recruit, and interview candidates across multiple platforms.
• Maintain a recruiting dashboard and manage open requisitions in the ATS.
• Identify bottlenecks in the recruiting and interview process and take steps to improve flow.
• Support Hudson’s culture and values by delivering an outstanding candidate experience.

What you bring

• 2–3 years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience, ideally in a corporate environment.
• Strong stakeholder management, with the ability to align hiring managers on expectations and translate business needs into hiring plans.
• A process-driven mindset, including interest in automating and standardizing recruiting work.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, plus negotiation ability.
• Ability to work independently, supported by excellent written and verbal communication.
• Balanced assertiveness with tact, intuition, and a strong instinct for talent.
• A genuine passion for building diverse, sustainable talent pipelines.
