Career Path Partner (Talent Acquisition Specialist)

Based in Boca Raton, Florida, Coastal Waste & Recycling is expanding its recruiting team to support field operations. The Career Path Partner, a Talent Acquisition Specialist, sources candidates, builds talent pipelines, and collaborates with hiring managers to deliver an exceptional candidate experience across Coastal’s growing operations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers throughout the recruiting process, offering guidance, support, and recruiting best practices.
• Help managers build and maintain strong candidate pipelines while reinforcing their ownership of staffing their teams.
• Source and engage candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, veteran organizations, technical schools, community partnerships, and recruiting events.
• Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates to deliver an excellent candidate experience from application through offer.
• Proactively monitor recruiting activity and partner with hiring managers to keep requisitions moving forward.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing priorities and workforce needs.
• Create and post job advertisements across multiple recruiting platforms.
• Maintain accurate recruiting activity and candidate records within Workday.
• Support recruiting initiatives, hiring events, and special projects that strengthen Coastal’s talent pipeline.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One year of experience in recruiting, staffing, customer service, human resources, or a related field preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to influence, coach, and collaborate with hiring managers while building trusted partnerships.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiarity with recruiting tools, social media, and job boards is a plus.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
