Job Description

Location: Norcross, GA (onsite). Compensation: USD 55,000 - 65,000 per year. Type: Contract. Bilingual: Required.

This onsite contract role centers on shaping recruitment plans, sourcing and screening candidates, building sustainable talent pipelines, and marketing talent acquisition while ensuring compliance and cross-department collaboration. A bilingual recruiter with at least 1 year of sales experience and a high school diploma or equivalent is well-positioned to contribute to multiple teams.

Responsibilities

  • Assess client needs to craft a recruitment plan
  • Advertise open positions
  • Review applications
  • Conduct phone interviews or initial screenings
  • Assess candidates through structured evaluations
  • Perform background checks
  • Arrange drug testing
  • Update and maintain the applicant database as new roles arise
  • Coordinate with other departments to secure the best candidate fit
  • Conduct business professionally to serve customers and support company goodwill and profitability
  • Generate candidate interest through creative marketing and relationship-building
  • Source candidates via direct channels, networks, online sourcing, email, blogs, talent mapping, and relationship-building
  • Build and nurture talent pipelines, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience
  • Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection complies with employment laws and regulations
  • Follow up with candidates and provide regular updates on hiring status

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1+ years of sales experience in a goal-driven environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team
  • Strong relationship-building and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of social media, job boards, and outlets to promote Cook Communities and find experienced applicants
  • Proficiency with MS Office, email, and Excel
  • Regular and reliable attendance
  • Bilingual
  • Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects, and relationships
  • Attention to detail with a high sense of urgency
  • Strong sourcing, interviewing, and negotiation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Spanish
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Decisive ability to shift priorities and perform effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced work culture
