Responsibilities

• Oversee the full recruitment cycle of field hires
• Conduct phone interviews and manage applications via the applicant tracking system
• Perform initial evaluation and training of new hires
• Serve as mentor and liaison between new hires and their direct supervisor
• Assist with safety training and safety orientation
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Education: High School Diploma
• Ability to read and write English and Spanish
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Tech savvy
• Bi-lingual
• Commercial construction experience: 2 years (Required)
• Driver's License (Required)
