Job Description
The Associate Talent Acquisition Business Partner role at Northrop Grumman in Oklahoma City provides full lifecycle recruiting for the Aeronautics sector, partnering with hiring managers to build pipelines and hire technical talent, with on-site collaboration at Aeronautics sites and travel as needed.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruiting through the offer stage, including sourcing, screening, interview support, candidate selection, and offer processes
- Serve as a trusted advisor and primary recruiting contact for assigned business leaders, guiding candidate evaluation, interviewing, and hiring decisions
- Conduct in-depth strategy sessions to align role requirements and establish hiring timeline expectations
- Educate hiring managers on labor market conditions, talent availability, applicant motivations, and competitive compensation, grounded in data
- Track and report key recruiting metrics as required by talent acquisition and business leadership
- Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines through sourcing, networking, and relationship development
- Assess candidates for technical capability, alignment with NG values, and mission fit
- Ensure data integrity is maintained in accordance with processes and procedures
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver a smooth and engaging candidate experience
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Proximity to Aeronautics sector sites: El Segundo, CA; Palmdale, CA; San Diego, CA; Clearfield, UT; Oklahoma City, OK; or Melbourne, FL
- Minimum ability to travel up to 20%
