Technical Recruiter

GENii Consultants is hiring a Technical Recruiter in Boston, MA for a hybrid role. This position focuses on sourcing, attracting, and evaluating candidates for technology-related hiring needs, while coordinating interviews and supporting offer follow-up in partnership with hiring managers.

The hourly salary range for this role is USD 30 to 45 per hour. The recruiter will drive day-to-day coordination across the hiring process, from sourcing through candidate communication and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates for software development, IT, engineering, and other technical positions.
• Review résumés and assess candidates against job requirements.
• Conduct initial screening calls to evaluate experience, skills, and availability.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified technical candidates.
• Use job boards, professional networks, and applicant tracking systems to identify talent.
• Provide recruitment updates and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment documentation.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and hiring priorities.
• Support offer coordination and onboarding activities as needed.

Requirements

• Previous experience in technical recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition preferred.
• Understanding of common IT and software development job roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organization and time-management abilities.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and sourcing platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet recruitment deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential candidate information professionally.
