Job Description

Ochsner Health System seeks a Talent Acquisition Recruiter to manage full life cycle recruiting for the New Orleans area, onsite, collaborating with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to support business strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to determine staffing needs and define role profiles.
  • Design and implement recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for all roles within the assigned region.
  • Represent the organization at local career fairs, community events, and college recruiting events to attract applicants.
  • Attend area meetings and events as required to stay connected with local stakeholders.
  • Ensure HR compliance by applying recruitment policies, programs, and implementation approaches consistently.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with area leaders and HR departments.
  • Support and participate in corporate HR internal projects.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; an equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted: high school diploma with four years of related experience.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in full life cycle recruiting, human resources, sales/marketing, or leadership roles.
