Job Description
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end recruiting for a diverse set of professional roles, including sourcing, pipeline development, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
- Support hiring needs across professional exempt roles (eg, HR, Marketing, Finance), non-exempt operational roles (eg, customer service, operations, administrative), sales and sales support, technology, specialized roles requiring certifications or licenses (eg, FINRA, life/health), and early career programs (internships, rotational programs).
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs, maintaining effectiveness across various role types and talent markets.
- Proactively build and maintain talent pipelines using a mix of traditional and innovative sourcing strategies.
- Evaluate candidate qualifications through resume review, screening, and structured interviews to determine best fit.
- Partner with hiring leaders to understand role requirements, business priorities, and talent market dynamics.
- Provide consultative guidance on candidate assessment and selection, hiring strategy, compensation alignment, and offer negotiations.
- Maintain ongoing communication to ensure alignment, transparency, and a strong hiring manager experience.
- Deliver a positive, high-touch candidate experience by supporting candidates through every stage of the hiring process.
- Ensure clear, timely, and professional communication from initial outreach through offer decision.
- Utilize the ATS to manage requisitions and candidate activity in compliance with company policies and employment laws.
- Monitor recruiting activity and outcomes to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities to improve speed, quality, and effectiveness.
- Proactively identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance recruiting outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
- 4+ years of progressive recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
- Demonstrated experience recruiting across a variety of professional roles and/or business functions.
- Experience operating in a fast-paced, production-oriented environment with shifting priorities.
- Strong relationship building, consulting, influencing, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities with a sense of urgency.
- Ability to quickly learn new role profiles and effectively partner with leaders at all levels across different areas of the business.
- High level of discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Technically savvy and adaptable to change.
- Salary: USD 89,300 - 104,500 per year.
