Job Description
Claremont Property Company is seeking a results-oriented Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruiting across its diverse portfolio and multistate operations. Based onsite in Bellaire, Texas, this role partners with senior leaders to attract, assess, and hire talent for both field and corporate roles while ensuring a positive candidate experience and alignment with our business priorities.
Location
Bellaire, Texas — onsite. Candidates must be able to commute to the Bellaire 77401 workplace and relocate prior to starting.
Salary
USD 60,000 to 80,000 per year

Responsibilities
- Design and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational goals and workforce needs.
- Develop recruitment plans that address immediate and long term hiring requirements.
- Collaborate with senior management and department heads to forecast hiring needs and identify talent gaps.
- Create actionable plans to address talent shortages and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Utilize diverse sourcing methods including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals to attract high quality candidates.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs.
- Craft compelling job descriptions and advertisements that reflect job requirements and attract suitable candidates.
- Manage job postings across platforms to maximize reach and visibility.
- Review resumes and applications, conduct initial screenings, and assess candidate qualifications against job requirements.
- Conduct interviews and coordinate with hiring managers to select top candidates.
- Ensure a positive and professional experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain clear communication and provide timely feedback to candidates.
- Collaborate with managers to understand staffing needs and provide guidance on job specifications and candidate profiles.
- Offer guidance on recruitment best practices and help refine job requirements and interview processes.
- Enhance the company employer brand through messaging, recruitment marketing, and industry engagement.
- Promote the organization values and culture to attract top talent and position the company as an employer of choice.
- Develop and execute recruitment marketing campaigns to increase visibility and attract qualified candidates.
- Leverage social media, content marketing, and other tools to strengthen recruitment efforts.
- Track and analyze KPIs such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire.
- Prepare and present regular reports on recruitment activities and outcomes to senior management.
- Ensure recruitment activities comply with employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Stay updated on changes in employment legislation and adjust practices accordingly.
- Collaborate with HR and onboarding teams to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Support the development and execution of effective onboarding programs to integrate new employees successfully.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, preferably in construction, restoration, or emergency services.
- Proven ability to recruit both field employees and corporate professionals.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, especially in fast paced or time sensitive environments.
- Self-starter who thrives in evolving and unpredictable environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working in urgent or high pressure environments is a plus.
