Responsibilities

• Create and publish job advertisements for client openings
• Identify and source candidates for current and upcoming roles, and share candidate pipelines with recruiters
• Assess applicants to determine alignment of their experience with role requirements
• Track and document candidate activity and progress within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Verify completion of pre-hire steps such as references and background checks
• Proactively reach out to potential candidates through cold calling, networking, social media, job boards, and industry events

Requirements

• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical candidates
• Sales and marketing capabilities
• A genuine interest in pursuing a career in staffing sales or recruiting
• An associate or bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required
