Job Description
Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Sourcing Recruiter to support North American Operations by delivering high-volume recruiting for distribution and operations roles from its Arlington, VA on-site location. This role oversees end-to-end recruitment, candidate generation, and meeting SLAs, shaping a scalable process that aligns with Amazon's customer-focused mission. The position offers a salary range of USD 50,900 to 99,100 per year and requires a bachelor's degree plus at least one year of recruiting or research experience.
Responsibilities
- Identify passive candidates and evaluate fit by profiling individuals and understanding their motivations, rather than simply selling a role.
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management; conduct in-depth interviews and anticipate hiring manager preferences through favorable offer-to-interview ratios.
- Recommend recruitment ideas and strategies that contribute to the company’s long-range growth; implement new processes and refine standard recruitment practices aligned with Amazon’s mission to deliver top-quality results to customers.
- Present a written plan with deliverables, timelines, and a formal tracking process.
Requirements
- 1+ years of corporate or search firm progressive recruiting or research experience
- Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years of full-time Amazon experience
- Experience with contact management systems or applicant tracking systems for sourcing, tracking, and managing candidates
