Job Description
The Sourcing Recruiter role supports Amazon's Legal and Public Policy Recruiting team by shaping sourcing strategies, collaborating with stakeholders, and guiding candidates through the end-to-end process from outreach to placement.
Role Overview
Reporting to the talent acquisition function, you will design and execute proactive sourcing plans, advise business leaders on recruiting outcomes, and contribute to the long-term growth of the organization by delivering high-quality candidates for Legal and Public Policy roles.
Responsibilities
- Develop and actively execute sourcing strategies to attract and hire top technical talent.
- Provide strategic guidance to business leaders in Legal and Public Policy recruiting and translate results into actionable plans.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to align recruiting efforts with needs and timelines.
- Support market research and leverage data to create talent insights that inform hiring strategies.
- Propose recruitment ideas and approaches that contribute to the company's long-range growth.
- Implement and refine recruiting processes to support Amazon's mission of delivering high-quality results to customers.
- Identify opportunities to improve the candidate experience.
- Contribute to projects focused on enhancing candidate generation best practices.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of progressive recruiting or research experience in a corporate or search firm setting.
- Bachelor's degree required, or two or more years of full-time Amazon experience.
- Experience using a contact management system or applicant tracking system for sourcing, tracking, and managing candidates.
Compensation and Location
Location: Nashville, Tennessee (onsite). Salary: USD 50,900 to 89,100 per year.
