Responsibilities

• Collaborate with recruiters to design sourcing strategies for Data Center roles, using market knowledge and channel expertise to engage passive candidates.
• Proactively source passive candidates, assess initial fit, and understand candidate motivations to build resilient pipelines.
• Provide sourcing insights and market intelligence to recruiters and hiring managers on talent availability, competitive landscape, and engagement effectiveness.
• Create sourcing models and execute robust searches using Boolean, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and other tools to identify qualified candidates.
• Propose ideas and strategies to improve pipeline health and candidate quality, adopting innovative sourcing tactics for hard-to-fill technical openings.
• Document sourcing plans with deliverables, timelines, and metrics to track pipeline development and candidate engagement outcomes.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications and interest before advancing suitable candidates in the process.
• Contribute to special projects and sourcing initiatives to identify passive networking talent.

Requirements

• 1+ years of corporate or search firm progressive recruiting or research experience
• Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years of full-time Amazon experience
• Experience with contact management system or applicant tracking system for sourcing, tracking and managing candidates
