Sourcing Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Design and implement cutting edge sourcing approaches to identify qualified candidates for cloud computing, software development, and infrastructure roles
• Leverage multiple sourcing channels such as LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and other technical networks
• Create and sustain talent pipelines for current openings and anticipated roles
• Collaborate with hiring managers to capture technical requirements and assess team culture
• Assess candidates' qualifications against job requirements
• Monitor sourcing metrics and deliver regular reports on pipeline health
• Ensure accuracy of applicant tracking system data
• Represent Amazon at recruiting events and technology conferences

Requirements

• 3+ years of technical recruiting in high volume and high hiring bar environments
• Experience using a contact management system or applicant tracking system to source, track, and manage candidates
