Job Description
Keller Williams Realty Evolution is seeking a full-time Sales/Recruiting Manager and Team Leader to attract, develop, and grow market share by guiding real estate sales professionals with leadership experience. This onsite role is based in Beverly, Massachusetts.
Role Overview
This combined leadership position focuses on both sales performance and talent development. The successful candidate will leverage prior real estate sales experience and leadership to attract high-potential professionals, mentor teams, and drive market expansion for the firm.
Compensation and Location
Compensation: USD 73,358 per year. Location: Beverly, MA, onsite.

Required Qualifications
- Real estate sales experience (minimum 1 year)
- Microsoft Office: 1 year (Required)
- Associate degree (Required)
- Real Estate License (Required)
- Relocate to Beverly, MA 01915 before starting work (Required)
- Understand basic financial reporting (e.g., P&Ls) and how to use these to make the right business decisions
