Sales Recruiter
Job Description
The Sales Recruiter at Home Genius Exteriors sources and closes high-performing sales professionals and sales leaders, leveraging LinkedIn and other channels to drive rapid growth.
Location: Bensalem, PA (onsite). Base salary: USD 70,000 per year.
Responsibilities
- Self-source top-tier sales talent through LinkedIn and other recruiting channels
- Close one-call-close sales representatives
- Close one-call-close sales leaders and managers
- Build relationships with passive candidates
- Create and execute recruiting strategies to support aggressive company growth
- Partner with leadership to identify top talent before competitors do
Requirements
- Proven success recruiting sales professionals
- Strong LinkedIn sourcing and recruiting skills
- Hunter mentality with a competitive drive
- Ability to identify top performers quickly
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Excellent communication and closing skills
