Recruiting Manager

Staffmark is seeking a Recruiting Manager to support its La Puente, CA team onsite. In this role, you will apply HR and recruiting expertise to help customers meet staffing needs while supporting business growth through market insights and community engagement.

Role Overview

As the Recruiting Manager, you will provide HR services connected to hiring, placement, discipline, and termination. You will also assist customers with market data related to recruiting trends, staffing patterns, and competitive wage information to support employee selection decisions.

Responsibilities

• Use human resources skills to source, hire, and place employees who align with customer needs.
• Review current recruiting and staffing market trends, including competitive wage information, to guide customer decisions.
• Act as a liaison between customers and employees, investigating and documenting items that require intervention.
• Conduct research to support new business development and identify additional services for existing customers.
• Strengthen the Company’s presence in the external community by building and maintaining relationships and participating in activities with local organizations and community leaders.

Compensation and Location

• Location: La Puente, CA (onsite)
• Salary: USD 70,304 per year
• Minimum experience: 2 years
