What you’ll do

As a Recruiting Manager for the Garden City team, you will deliver human resources services connected to hiring and placement, along with employee discipline and termination. You’ll partner closely with customers and talent employees to ensure staffing decisions align with customer needs, while bringing insight from hiring-related market research.

• Source, hire, and place employees who align with customer needs and support strong customer outcomes.
• Analyze current market trends for recruiting methods, staffing trends, and competitive wage information to support employee selection.
• Act as a liaison between customers and employees, investigating and documenting matters that require intervention.
• Research opportunities to grow new business and identify additional services for current customers.
• Strengthen Staffmark’s external community presence by building and maintaining relationships with local organizations and community leaders.

What you bring

• Customer-service orientation with outstanding customer service and ethical conduct
• Thoroughness and a detail-oriented approach
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong time management and the ability to effectively prioritize in a multi-task environment
• Good skills in the use of Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Proven strong organizational skills
• 2 to 3 years of similar experience in staffing, customer service, or human resources
