Recruiter / Talent Acquisition

Hybrid role in Peachtree Corners, GA with an opportunity to support hiring across multiple offices and business lines. DH Pace Company, Inc. is seeking a results-oriented Recruiter who will own full-life cycle recruiting, partner closely with hiring managers, and deliver a strong candidate experience. After an introductory period, this position includes hybrid work eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Use full-life cycle recruiting and sourcing experience to manage requisitions for multiple offices and lines of business
• Partner with hiring managers to recruit for roles across the East and beyond, including skilled residential, commercial, and entry door installers and service technicians, warehouse associates, and administration and manager requisitions
• Apply creative Talent Acquisition sourcing strategies to identify and attract talent
• Conduct initial phone/video interviews and serve as applicants' primary point of contact throughout the evaluation process, ensuring a positive experience
• Professionally represent the company at recruiting events, including career fairs, campus fairs, and technical school engagements

Requirements

• Career-focused Recruiter with at least three (3) years of full-life cycle recruiting and sourcing experience; a Bachelor’s degree, or an equivalent combination of experience and education, may be considered
• Strong communicator with organizational and time management skills, and experience handling multiple responsibilities
• Ability to travel up to 5 days per quarter to East area locations for recruiting activities and/or to build relationships with schools; attend career/job fairs (virtual and in-person) to conduct interviews; mileage will be reimbursed for work-related travel
• Valid driver’s license and a good driving record
