Recruiter

Goodwin Recruiting is built for independent recruiters who want to operate their own recruiting practice using Goodwin’s platform and support infrastructure. In this role, you run your own desk as a 1099 independent contractor on a 100% commission model, with tools, marketing, and back office support provided while you focus on building pipeline and placing candidates.

Based in Charleston, WV (onsite), you will earn by recruiting and delivering hires for clients, choosing the vertical lane that fits your background. Goodwin’s platform and funded resources help streamline the work, so you can treat recruiting like the business it is.

What You’ll Do

• Run the desk and manage the day-to-day recruiting process
• Recruit and earn commission when clients hire the people you place
• Build and operate your own recruiting practice on Goodwin’s platform

What You Need

• Experience working in an agency, search firm, or as an independent recruiter
• Self-directed and disciplined approach, with the mindset to produce consistently as a business owner
• Specialization in a vertical outside hospitality, with lanes currently open

Compensation and Support

• 100% commission business
• You keep roughly half of everything you bill, with no tiers to climb and no cap to hit

Pay Range

USD 100,000 - 200,000 per year
