Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Create and execute proactive sourcing plans to attract top talent across platforms such as job boards, university campuses, social media, networking events, and referrals.
• Proactively source, screen, and interview candidates to assess qualifications, skills, and fit for open roles.
• Partner with managers to understand hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial candidate contact through offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
• Leverage data and analytics to track recruitment metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience in sales, business development, customer service, or recruitment.
• Proven track record of building relationships and driving business using diverse strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport with candidates and managers.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
