Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic Recruiter to support a sales-focused organization by sourcing, screening, and engaging candidates to build a high-performing sales team.
Responsibilities
- Create and execute proactive sourcing plans to attract top talent across platforms such as job boards, university campuses, social media, networking events, and referrals.
- Proactively source, screen, and interview candidates to assess qualifications, skills, and fit for open roles.
- Partner with managers to understand hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial candidate contact through offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
- Leverage data and analytics to track recruitment metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience in sales, business development, customer service, or recruitment.
- Proven track record of building relationships and driving business using diverse strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport with candidates and managers.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
