Job Description

Concord Medical Group offers an onsite Physician Recruiter role in Flower Mound, TX designed to identify and qualify healthcare providers while shaping recruitment strategies that support staffing goals for clients. You will engage providers through cold calls and nurture relationships by phone and email, contributing to a culture of proactive outreach and measurable results.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and contact potential physicians and healthcare providers, with candidates sourced from cold call lists, referrals, and marketing initiatives.
  • Follow up with leads that have been contacted previously to advance conversations.
  • Schedule calls with the objective of closing qualified leads.
  • Correspond with prospective candidates via email to maintain active communication.
  • Utilize a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool to capture and manage lead information.
