HR Recruiter

The HR Recruiter at Creative Solutions for Hope supports the full recruiting lifecycle for open roles, from intake and candidate screening through interviews, reference checks, offers, and new hire onboarding support. This position is based in Costa Mesa, CA (onsite) on a full-time schedule.

Role Responsibilities

• Meet goals for the recruiting and hiring process.
• Review incoming candidates’ resumes.
• Network and engage with candidates to build applicant flow.
• Screen and interview qualified candidates.
• Complete reference checks and provide responses to the clinical team for review.
• Schedule and conduct interviews.
• Send interview recap notes and candidate details to the supervisor and relative clinical directors.
• Oversee job offers, including sending Conditional Offers of Employment to candidates.
• Ensure candidates are well-informed about their positions and job descriptions.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the process.
• Assist new hires during onboarding.
• Propose improvements to the recruitment process and support a steady stream of incoming applicants.
• Research recruitment-related initiatives.
• Support new hire orientation by presenting company policies, HIPPA, and Sexual Harassment information.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• At least 1 year of recruiting experience (preferred).
• At least 1 year of experience in an ABA therapy environment (preferred).
• At least 1 year of experience working with Indeed (preferred).
• Fluency with the Microsoft suite.
• High school diploma (required).
• Computer literacy.
• Strong organization skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Ability to prioritize and meet strict deadlines.
• Excellent teamwork skills.
• Ability to problem solve and act as a self-starter.
