Job Description

The Homecare Recruiter (Bilingual) role at Dedicated Nursing Associates focuses on recruiting, credentialing, and onboarding new field staff across Division Offices.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee recruitment, credentialing, and processing of new field staff across all Division Offices
  • Perform daily phone screenings and follow up with candidates in process
  • Make a total of 250 outbound calls, averaging 50 per day
  • Fill five new staff positions
  • Conduct fifteen interviews or phone screenings
  • Fill twenty new staff positions
  • Achieve additional objectives as directed by the Manager
  • Proactively source candidates across multiple recruiting platforms
  • Review and finalize necessary credentialing documents
  • Coordinate with NRO Recruiters and departments such as Sales, Per Diem, and STAR Divisions to align recruiting efforts
  • Ensure candidates and new hires meet CDC, state, and facility compliance standards
  • Maintain professional and positive communication with team members and candidates
  • Follow up with candidates to maintain a robust onboarding pipeline
  • Complete tasks and special projects as assigned by the Division Manager, Assistant Division Manager, Operations Manager, and COO
  • Participate in Off-Duty Waiting Time shifts and assist with answering phone calls and related troubleshooting during waiting periods
  • Work in an office environment on a full-time basis unless otherwise specified by the Executive Team

Requirements

  • Fluency in English and Spanish is required
  • General knowledge and ability to operate standard office equipment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to meet or exceed essential job functions and performance goals
