Job Description
The Homecare Recruiter (Bilingual) role at Dedicated Nursing Associates focuses on recruiting, credentialing, and onboarding new field staff across Division Offices.
Responsibilities
- Oversee recruitment, credentialing, and processing of new field staff across all Division Offices
- Perform daily phone screenings and follow up with candidates in process
- Make a total of 250 outbound calls, averaging 50 per day
- Fill five new staff positions
- Conduct fifteen interviews or phone screenings
- Fill twenty new staff positions
- Achieve additional objectives as directed by the Manager
- Proactively source candidates across multiple recruiting platforms
- Review and finalize necessary credentialing documents
- Coordinate with NRO Recruiters and departments such as Sales, Per Diem, and STAR Divisions to align recruiting efforts
- Ensure candidates and new hires meet CDC, state, and facility compliance standards
- Maintain professional and positive communication with team members and candidates
- Follow up with candidates to maintain a robust onboarding pipeline
- Complete tasks and special projects as assigned by the Division Manager, Assistant Division Manager, Operations Manager, and COO
- Participate in Off-Duty Waiting Time shifts and assist with answering phone calls and related troubleshooting during waiting periods
- Work in an office environment on a full-time basis unless otherwise specified by the Executive Team
Requirements
- Fluency in English and Spanish is required
- General knowledge and ability to operate standard office equipment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to meet or exceed essential job functions and performance goals
